The oldest residence at Vintage East is a quaint, old Salt Box built by an early settler family named Plass in approximately 1790. Plass Cottage is available for short term rental or extended stay and has become a popular respite from the demands of the modern world. Plass Cottage is adjacent to the Marshall House and faces a lightly traveled country road. This lodging offers an atmosphere of old charm and down-to-earth comfort. It is surrounded by old trees and the interior has wide board flooring. It is furnished with antiques, lending to the comfortable country charm that has existed here for over 200 years. Plass Cottage is perfect for a family of four or two couples, from a two night stay to a several month stay and is completely self-serve.

$200 week night (2 night minimum)
$250 weekend night (2 night minimum)

4th person is $25 additional per night
$100 surcharge for one night stays.

POLICIES:

Children eight years and older welcome

50% deposit required upon making reservations. Balance due upon arrival.
Check in after 4 PM. Check out at 12 Noon.
Full refund granted if cancellation is made at least 30 days prior to arrival.
50% refund if canceled 15 to 30 days prior to arrival.
There is no refund if cancellation is made fewer than 15 days prior to arrival.
