Back From New York City - Take Rte 87 North to Exit 21. After tollbooth make a left to Rte 23 East. Follow Rte 23 East across the Rip Van Winkle Bridge. When across the bridge, at intersection of Rte 23 and Rte 9G/23B, stay on Rte 23. Pass Columbia Green Community College on the right. Just past the College take a right onto Middle Road. Travel 1/2 mile and look for a big beige barn on the right. (There is a pond across the road from the beige barn.) Travel up a short hill and look for the first house on the left at top of hill. The house has a green enclosed front porch and is near the road. Turn into the driveway just before the Cottage. Your designated parking area is marked with a sign of a pinnaple which is at the driveway entrance and visible from the road in day light. You may continue up the driveway to the green office at the end of the driveway if you need assistance or call 518-828-3825.

or, take the Taconic Parkway North to Rte 82 (Hudson) exit. Take a right after the exit onto Rte 82 North. Rte 82 North turns into Rte 23 West/Rte 9 North at 4-way traffic light. Proceed straight through traffic light following Rte 23 West. Turn left onto Middle Road and continue using the above directions in blue.

From Boston - Take I-90 (Mass Pike) west to the Taconic Parkway South (NY State) Exit B2. Take Rte 23 Exit. After exit make a right onto Rte 23 West. Continue on Rte 23 West. Turn left onto Middle Road and continue using the above directions in blue.

From Albany - Take Rte 87 South to Exit 21. After tollbooth make a left to Rte 23 East. Follow Rte 23 East across the Rip Van Winkle Bridge. When across the bridge, at intersection of Rte 23 and Rte 9G/23B, stay on Rte 23. Pass Columbia Green Community College on the right. Just past College take a right onto Middle Road and continue using the above directions in blue.

From Buffalo - Take NY Thruway East (Rte I-90) to NY Thruway South (Rte 87) to exit 21. After tollbooth make a left to Rte 23 East. Follow Rte 23 East across the Rip Van Winkle Bridge. When across the bridge, at intersection of Rte 23 and Rte 9G/23B, stay on Rte 23. Pass Columbia Green Community College on the right. Just past College take a right onto Middle Road and continue using the above directions in blue.
